PROPRIETARY INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL
Experience Becomes More Valuable When It Becomes Shareable
Every organization is unique. Yet many transformation challenges are remarkably similar. Over more than two decades of leading organizational transformation from within a Global Capability Centre, practical experience gradually evolved into structured thinking, repeatable methods, decision models, diagnostic instruments, and leadership frameworks. Those assets became the foundation of MV's Intellectual Capital.
Rather than relying solely on individual experience, every engagement draws upon a growing ecosystem of proprietary frameworks that help leadership teams make better decisions, build stronger capabilities, and navigate transformation with greater clarity and confidence.
These are not theoretical models developed in isolation. They are living organizational assets — created through practical application, continuously refined through experience, and strengthened with every engagement.
Experience is personal. Knowledge is shareable. Intellectual capital ensures that every lesson learned today becomes a better decision for tomorrow.
One of MV's foundational beliefs is that knowledge should never remain confined to one individual's experience. Experience becomes exponentially more valuable when it is captured, refined, shared, and continuously improved. Every transformation engagement teaches something new. Every leadership conversation reveals new perspectives. Every organizational challenge creates an opportunity to improve the methods used to solve it. Rather than allowing those lessons to remain isolated, MV deliberately transforms them into practical intellectual capital that benefits future organizations. This philosophy allows every engagement to contribute to the next.
From Experience to Intellectual Capital
How lived experience becomes durable, shareable intellectual capital — and renews itself with every engagement.
The Library
Our Intellectual Capital is organized into four complementary categories. Together, they provide leadership teams with practical guidance throughout every stage of organizational transformation — from understanding the current state to shaping the future and sustaining long-term capability.
Strategic Frameworks
Helping leadership teams clarify direction, shape long-term strategy, and translate ambition into practical transformation.
GCC Value Horizon Framework™
Five value layers, three phases — the centre's evolution map from cost to strategic partnership.
AI Value Journey Map™
Six stages, Articulate → Compound, with the People & Leadership layer others miss.
MV Co-Created Transformation Framework™
Gated engagement model (Phases 0–4, G0–G4) — incl. MV Transformation A3™ & MV GCC Scorecard™.
Vision-to-Framework Mapping
Client vision pillars mapped to phases, gates & instruments — their vision, MV's delivery vehicle.
Diagnostic & Value Instruments
Structured assessment models that establish evidence-based understanding before strategic decisions are made.
Enterprise AI Readiness Model™ (ATRI)
Two-assessment system (Hub + Business Unit) with the gap-aware AI Transformation Readiness Index.
AI Maturity & Readiness Assessment™
Interactive tool · guide · report. Run twice — locked baseline at Articulate, re-run + scaling module at Validate.
MV Value Hypothesis Scorecard™
Weighted criteria, dual-lens use-case prioritisation with quadrant calls — generic & domain-tailored.
MV Value Hypothesis Register™
Baseline vs Actual — hypothesis locked at Prioritise, verdict computed at Validate.
MV Capability Evidence Model™
Evidence-based CRL baselining — four-lens assessment, redundancy & institutionalisation roll-ups.
Capability Portfolio Analysis Method
Six-lens scoring: self vs expert-view, AI-augmentation, synergy clusters, hub relevance.
Methods & Playbooks
Practical engagement methods that support structured workshops, implementation planning, capability development, and organizational learning.
GCC Setup Playbook™
100+ tasks across eight workstreams — greenfield to steady state.
Cross-Functional AI Use-Case Playbook™
110+ patterns across every function — strategy-aligned, prioritised, workshop-ready.
MV Facilitation Frameworks™
Walk-the-Wall™, co-creation workshop designs, structured exercises & engagement models.
Leadership Identity Journey
Mirror · Reframe · Rehearse · Reinforce — identity change through consequential action.
Organisation Blueprints
Reference models that help organizations design operating models, governance structures, capability portfolios, and future organizational architecture.
Co-Created AI Operating Model
Five-layer partnership: Exec Governance, AI Transformation Office, Domain Teams, Champions, CoP.
Governance & Decision-Rights Model
Stage-gate G0–G4 (and plant-adapted G0–GE) with deliberately few, clear decision rights.
Phase-Gate Capability Model™
Capability Transformation process invented inside a live GCC (CRL, Progression Matrix, LRP).
Workforce Role Re-imagination
Tasks-not-jobs decomposition, adjacency-based pathways, archetype design.
Rather than introducing frameworks for their own sake, we use intellectual capital to bring greater structure, consistency, and evidence to leadership decision-making. Depending on an organization's priorities, these assets may support:
Every engagement uses only those assets that are appropriate for the organization's context and objectives.
Unlike traditional consulting methodologies that remain largely unchanged over time, MV's Intellectual Capital is intentionally designed to evolve. Every engagement contributes new observations. Every challenge presents new learning. Every framework is periodically refined based on practical experience. As organizations evolve, so does the intellectual capital that supports them.
“For us, learning never concludes. Neither should our frameworks.”
Built Through Practice. Refined Through Experience.
Our intellectual capital was not developed in isolation. It emerged through years of building organizational capability, strengthening governance, leading transformation, introducing AI into engineering environments, developing leaders, and solving practical business challenges inside a global engineering organization. Each framework reflects lessons learned through application rather than theory alone. They exist to simplify complexity — not to create it.
MV openly shares its thinking because we believe knowledge grows through dialogue. At the same time, we also recognize that many of our frameworks, methods, assessment models, workshop designs, facilitation approaches, and organizational instruments represent years of practical development. While we are always happy to discuss the thinking behind them, detailed methodologies remain proprietary and are shared only within the context of client engagements. This allows us to balance openness with responsible stewardship of our intellectual capital.
Our Intellectual Capital will continue expanding as new organizational challenges emerge. Future areas of development include:
We view intellectual capital not as a destination, but as an ongoing commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Every Transformation Leaves Behind New Knowledge
The greatest value of experience lies not in what one individual learns, but in what future organizations can build upon. That is why every MV engagement contributes not only to the success of today's transformation, but also to the evolution of the knowledge, methods, and frameworks that will help shape tomorrow's organizations.
